- We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from the decline of authorization for any transaction due to the Cardholder exceeding the preset limit mutually agreed upon with our acquiring bank.

9. Governing Law & Disputes
- These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ernakulam, Kerala, for the resolution of any such disputes.
