Cancellation Terms
- After making payment to AGASTYX LABS LLP, customers may request for cancelling the order within 48 hours of payment by contacting finance@agastyx.ai or 91-8547082547.
- AGASTYX LABS LLP reserves the right to accept or reject any cancellation request at its sole discretion, including cases where order processing, dispatch, or service preparation has already begun.
- Any concerns or disputes will be handled directly between AGASTYX LABS LLP and the customer.
Replacement Terms
- AGASTYX LABS LLP entertains requests for replacement only in cases of proven product defects, damage during transit, or service issues.
- For digital products, software, or AI-driven services, "defects" or "service issues" are defined as verified technical failures, significant service unavailability, or proven deficiencies in functionality as compared to the agreed-upon specifications.
- To request a replacement, customers must contact AGASTYX LABS LLP via finance@agastyx.ai or 91-8547082547 within 3 days of delivery or service completion, along with the invoices, order information and supporting details to establish the alleged defects, damages, or deficiencies.
- Where applicable (for physical goods), any product submitted for replacement must be unused and returned in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
- AGASTYX LABS LLP may accept or reject a replacement request at its sole discretion. If AGASTYX LABS LLP approves the replacement request, the replacement will be processed within the timeline communicated by AGASTYX LABS LLP. Any concerns or disputes will be handled directly between AGASTYX LABS LLP and the customer.
Refund Terms
- AGASTYX LABS LLP entertains requests for refunds only in cases of proven defects in product, damage during transit, service issues.

Finality of Decision
- All decisions made by AGASTYX LABS LLP regarding the acceptance or rejection of any request for a refund or replacement shall be at its sole discretion and will be final and binding on the customer.
Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total and aggregate liability of AGASTYX LABS LLP for any and all claims, damages, or losses arising from or related to any product or service provided shall not exceed the total value of the specific order paid by the customer. In no event shall AGASTYX LABS LLP be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of profits or business interruption).
