We provide our AI-powered Platforms and other services (collectively, "Services") to a global audience, serving both enterprise clients ("B2B") across various industries and individual consumers ("B2C").

2. Personal Data We Collect


We collect Personal Data from you as an individual user (B2C) and from the representatives or employees of our business clients (B2B). In both cases, the data collected is "Personal Data" belonging to an individual.


a) Information You Provide Directly:

  • Identity & Contact Data: Your full name, email address, and phone number when you  subscribe to our "The Agastyx Journal" newsletter, or contact us for support.
  • Professional Data: Your job title, company name, industry, and your role (e.g., "Founder," "Investor"). This is primarily collected from our B2B users.
  • Payment Data: When you purchase a subscription, our third-party payment processors  collect your payment information. We do not store your full credit card details.

b) Information We Collect Automatically:

  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our Services, such as features used, pages viewed, and time spent on our platform.
  • Technical Data:Your IP address, browser type and version, device information, operating system, and general location data (like your country).

c) AI driven operations

  • We use AI to power our operations, but we want to be clear: we do not use any personal information to train our AI models.Our models are trained exclusively on anonymized, aggregated, or synthetic datasets to ensure your personal information is protected.


3. How and Why We Use Your Personal Data

We only use your Personal Data for specific purposes and when we have a valid legal reason to do so. Our "customer" may be you as an individual (B2C) or the company you work for (B2B). For users in regions like the EEA, we rely on specific "lawful bases."

  • Marketing Data: If you opt-out of marketing, we will retain your email address on a suppression list indefinitely to ensure we honor your request.
  • Legal & Tax Requirements: We must retain certain information (like payment and transaction data) for longer periods as required by law (e.g., tax and accounting regulations).
