How AGASTYX LABS LLP uses cookies and similar tracking technologies.
Last updated 27 September 2026.
This Cookie Policy explains how AGASTYX LABS LLP (“we,” “us,” “our”) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website https://agastyx.com/. This policy should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the site owners.
Where a website uses them, cookies typically serve one of three purposes:
- Making the website function correctly.
- Helping the owner understand how the website is used.
- Remembering a visitor’s preferences, such as language or region.
This section explains what cookies are in general. What we do on this website is set out in the next section, and the short answer is that we do not use them.
2. How We Use Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
At present this website sets no cookies at all. It is served as static files from a data centre in India. It runs no analytics, no advertising tags and no third-party scripts, and it makes no requests to any other company when you open a page — the fonts, images and code all come from our own servers.
Because nothing non-essential is stored, there is no consent banner to accept or reject. If that changes, this policy will be updated before the change takes effect and a consent mechanism will be provided where the law requires one.
3. Types of Cookies We Use
a) Cookies
None. We do not set cookies on this website, and no third party sets cookies through it.
b) Similar technologies
The chat window on our website stores a single entry in your browser’s “session storage” so that the messages you send are kept together as one conversation while you read, including as you move between pages.
- What is stored: a randomly generated conversation key, issued by our server when you open the chat, and the chat window’s own display settings (its title and greeting). It contains no name, email, phone number or any other detail about you — if you give us your email in the chat, it is sent to us and not kept in your browser.
- How long: until you close the browser tab, at which point your browser deletes it. It is not shared with any other website, and it does not follow you between visits or between devices.
- Why: it is strictly necessary for the chat to function. A chat that forgets your previous message between one line and the next is not a chat.
c) What we may use in future
We may in future introduce analytics or similar measurement to understand how visitors use this website. We do not do so today. If and when we do, we will update this policy first, name the categories involved, and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
4. Your Choices and How to Manage Cookies
There is nothing on this website to opt out of today, because nothing non-essential is stored. You remain in control regardless:
- Browser Settings: You can control and/or delete cookies and site data through your web browser settings. You can block all cookies, accept only certain cookies, or delete cookies and stored data when you close your browser.
- Closing the tab: The one value our chat window stores is deleted by your browser when the tab is closed. Nothing survives the visit.

5. Changes to This Cookie Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Cookie Policy on this page.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
As we are based in India, this Cookie Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
You agree that any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Cookie Policy will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ernakulam, Kerala.
